purpose clamping devices. Interchangeable machining units are easily
reconfigured for specific job needs. Very short re-setting time because of
cross slides with micrometer screw adjustment as well as stepless work
feed adjustment.
8 position indexing table with 8 collet fixtures.
Work head distribution : 1 Load and lock collet,
2 Vertical Drill, 3 Horizontal Mill, 4 Vertical Mill
with saw arbor, 5 Horizontal Mill, 6 Horizontal Drill,
7 Horizontal Drill , 8 Wash out & eject. All movements
are initiated and monitored by a PLC control. Includes a
Mist Buster oil mist collector.
